Setting up a New Account:
In order to access our Wholesale Collections site, we require new accounts to set up a secure login with a username and password.
Once you have set up your account login, you will be able to access wholesale pricing and styles, and you will be able to order directly from this site.
In order to complete your account setup, we also require that you email: email@example.com and provide us with your State Tax Resale Certificate with Federal Tax ID Number
Placing a Wholesale Order:
Once your account has been approved, you may place your order by accessing the wholesale page with your account login. Please note that opening orders must be a minimum of $350.00, and we require a minimum of three (3) units per style ordered. You may purchase styles in any increments so long as you order at least three (3) units. The reorder minimum is $100.00. Reorders less than $100.00 will be accepted however a $12.00 handling fee will be added to your invoice.
There is an exception to the minimum quantity when ordering engraved items, which may be ordered in quantities of two (2). Any questions in regards to ordering can be directed to firstname.lastname@example.org.
All orders are shipped via UPS. If you prefer, you may provide us with your UPS account information to use when shipping your orders. Freight damage is the responsibility of the carrier. Please notify Alexa Pulitzer LLC within 5 business days of receipt of your order and we will replace the item and file a claim on your behalf. Claims / issues must be reported within 5 business days of receipt of merchandise.
Payment is due prior to orders being shipped. When you receive your order confirmation, please respond by email to advise your payment preference (check or credit card). If using a credit card, please call (504) 766-6201 to provide credit card payment details which would be kept on file for all payment processing and expediting shipping. Alternately, you may opt to remit payment per each invoice using the emailed payment link we send.
All Sales Are Final:
Products are not returnable unless proven defective or incorrectly shipped. No unauthorized returns will be accepted. Refusal of shipment will incur a 25% re-stocking fee. Buyer’s shipping address is the sole site authorized for retail sale. Any other location or alternate sales channels, such as internet sales, must be pre-approved by Alexa Pulitzer LLC. Freight damage is the responsibility of the carrier. Please notify Alexa Pulitzer LLC within 5 business days and we will replace the item and file a claim on your behalf.
