Stocked items are shipped within 1-2 business days, and Made-to-Order paper items are shipped in approximately 10-14 business days.
Orders are shipped Monday through Thursday. Orders placed on a Thursday after 12 noon CST will be processed the following Monday.
If you order both Stocked items and Made-to-Order items, your entire order will Ship Complete after 14 days to allow for the Made-to-Order paper items to be processed. Therefore, we recommend submitting any Made-to-Order items separately on their own order so as to streamline your shipments.
If a Stocked item is on backorder or sold out, we will notify you via email.
We ship via US Postal Service, UPS Ground, 2nd Day and Next Day Air as well as DHL (for International Orders.) Based on our experience, we politely suggest you select UPS instead of United States Postal Service because UPS is far more reliable. Due to the national labor shortages, there may be an additional delay in published ship times that are beyond our control.
