Carrier pickup: UPS by 3:00 pm CST
Orders placed AFTER 12:00 pm CST on a Thursday will be processed the following Monday as we do not ship Friday, Saturday or Sunday.
Shipping Details, Delivery Times & Deadlines
- Estimated transit times: The most up-to-date delivery estimates will be shown at the time your order ships via the UPS Time & Cost Tool at ups.com/ctc.
- UPS Ground holiday delays: UPS Ground packages may require additional time in transit Nov. 17, 2025 – Jan. 9, 2026. Transit time varies by distance.
- Air service holiday delays: Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, and International Air packages tendered Dec. 15–17 may require one additional day in transit. This is outside our control.
- To receive by Christmas Eve (Dec. 24):
Place your order by 1:00 pm CST on Monday, Dec. 22, 2025 and select UPS Next Day Air.
Processing Times
Stocked Items
- For fastest delivery, we recommend ordering stocked items separately from personalized items.
- Ship within 1–3 business days during peak sale and holiday periods.
Personalized “Create-Your-Own” Items
- Ship in approximately 14 business days.
- Please place personalized products on a separate order from stocked items whenever possible.
Orders with Both Stocked + Personalized Items (we do not recommend)
If your order includes both stocked items and personalized “Create-Your-Own” items (such as stationery, labels or pads), we will hold the entire order and ship it together after the 14-business day production window so your made-to-order pieces can be completed.
Backorders
If a stocked item is on backorder or sold out, we’ll notify you by email with options and next steps.

Tracking (UPS or DHL) will be emailed as soon as your order ships. Choose your shipping carefully as during the busy holiday season, carriers will experience delays which are beyond our control.
Local Pickup (By Appointment)
- Local pickup is available Monday–Thursday only by appointment.
- You’ll receive a confirmation email when your order is ready.
- Last day for local pickup in 2025:
Monday, Dec. 22, 2025 by 4:00 pm CST - Office closure:
We will not schedule pickups Tuesday, Dec. 23, 2025 – Sunday, Jan. 4, 2026.
Local pickups resume Monday, Jan. 5, 2026.
