Alexa Pulitzer is not a retail storefront — it’s a working design studio and fulfillment office.
Can I pick up my order locally?
Local pickup is available Monday through Thursday by appointment only. Once your order is ready, you’ll receive an email inviting you to schedule a pickup time — just ring the doorbell when you arrive.
What does “Create Your Own” mean at Alexa Pulitzer?
Create Your Own lets you begin with one of Alexa’s original hand-drawn designs and personalize it with the design, color, font, and wording options offered on that product’s page.
How long do personalized Create Your Own items take?
Personalized Create Your Own items ship in approximately 14 business days.
How fast do stocked (non-personalized) items ship?
During peak sale and holiday periods, stocked items ship within 1–3 business days. For fastest delivery, order stocked items separately from personalized items.
Can I combine a stocked item and a personalized item in one order?
We don’t recommend it. If your order includes both stocked and personalized “Create Your Own” items, we hold the entire order and ship it together after the 14-business-day production window so your made-to-order pieces can be completed.
What shipping carriers does Alexa Pulitzer use?
We ship via UPS Ground, UPS 2nd Day Air, and UPS Next Day Air. International orders ship via DHL.
Does Alexa Pulitzer ship internationally?
Yes — we ship worldwide, with international orders shipped via DHL.
What is Alexa Pulitzer’s return policy?
Returns are accepted only if the product arrives damaged or if the item(s) you received differ from your original order. We do not currently offer exchanges.
What do I do if my order arrives damaged?
Email clear photos of both the damaged shipping carton and the damaged product(s) to sales@alexapulitzer.com within 3 days of delivery. We’re unable to issue a refund or file a carrier claim on your behalf without this proof.
Does Alexa Pulitzer do custom or bespoke work beyond Create Your Own?
Yes. Alexa’s custom work ranges from hand-drawn logos and private label collections to wedding invitation suites, party supplies, thank-you notes, calling cards, and more.
